General Bugs

Fix twoplayer.bat - Joining a game already running won't show your badges in the scoreboard until next level

- out-of-sync issues on levels with energy items (raptor had 80 ping, sam686: 25 ping)

- Input strings in diagnostics duplicate the first key press (press several to see bug)
- press F5 when in server list to see global chat - the overlay is transparent and you see your name twice, one on top of the other
- Fetching high scores from master is transparent, too
